  • Partnership-related data: referral information, project access credentials (handled securely and never stored permanently), earnings records, and communication history.
  • Payment details: payments are processed only after a project has been paid.

How We Use Your Information

  • To verify eligibility and onboard you as a partner (e.g., confirm residency in qualifying countries).
  • To manage projects: securely share necessary access with our vetted expert network for subcontracted delivery.
  • To calculate and distribute earnings (Tier 1–3 model, including referral bonuses).
  • To communicate updates, project opportunities, and support.
  • For internal analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement, and legal compliance.

We NEVER use your information for marketing without explicit consent.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

  • With our expert network: strictly limited to project execution (e.g., temporary access credentials – experts are bound by NDAs).
  • With payment processors or clients: only anonymized or as required for payout processing (you remain the verified contractor).
  • For legal reasons: if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • In business transfers: if the Hub is acquired or merges, your information may be transferred (with notice).

We NEVER sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your Confidentiality Obligations

You agree to absolute confidentiality: never disclose, discuss, or share internal tools, client details, project specifics, pay rates, expert identities, onboarding processes, or any Hub operations outside the approved team channels.

Breach of confidentiality will result in:

  • Immediate termination of partnership
  • Forfeiture of all earnings (paid and unpaid)
  • Potential legal action for damages

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and secure servers to protect your data. Expert access is logged, audited, and revocable instantly. While we implement strong safeguards, no system is 100% secure – you agree to be bound by any unexpected system irregularities.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as needed for partnership purposes or legal requirements (e.g., tax records for earnings). Upon termination, we delete or anonymize data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain.

Your Rights and Choices

  • Withdraw consent: possible, but terminates partnership and forfeits benefits (as per terms)

No Liability for User Actions or Third-Party Risks

The Hub is not liable for losses due to your breach of confidentiality, unauthorized access to your accounts, or actions of experts/clients. They are personally liable. We act solely as a facilitation bridge – you remain responsible as the verified contractor with clients. Earnings are not guaranteed; we are not liable for non-payment by clients or project changes.

International Data Transfers

Data may be processed in various countries, with adequate protection levels. By partnering, you consent to such transfers under binding agreements.

Children's Privacy

Service is for adults 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy – continued use constitutes acceptance. Major changes may be notified via email.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in place of our choice. You waive right to jury trial or participation in class actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability capped at amounts paid to you in the last 7 days.
