Referral Agreement

Effective Year: 2025

1. Purpose & Program Overview

The Referring Partner is an active, approved participant in the AI Digital Nomads Hub partnership program. This Agreement governs the terms under which you may refer new partners ("Referred Partners") to the Hub and earn referral bonuses (Tier 2 and Tier 3 commissions).

2. Definitions

Successful Referred Partner

A new individual referred by you who:

Is accepted into the Hub program after full verification
Completes onboarding and is assigned at least one paying project within 90 days of joining
Remains in good standing (no breach of Terms of Service or fraud)

Direct Referral

A partner who joins using your unique referral link/code and is directly attributed to you.

Referral Chain

All Direct Referrals and their subsequent referrals (multi-level).

3. Referral Bonus Structure

You are eligible for the following bonuses on condition that both you and the Referred Partner remain active and in good standing:

Tier 2 – Direct Referral Bonus

+2.5% additional commission on your own project earnings for every Successful Referred Partner.

Example: 4 Successful Referred Partners = +10% on your personal earnings (45% base becomes 55%).

Tier 3 – Override Commission

5% of the total weekly earnings of each Successful Referred Partner in your referral chain (including indirect referrals).

Bonuses are calculated weekly and paid only after the Referred Partner has been paid by the client and the Hub has received its share.

4. Referral Conditions & Approval

Referrals must be made using your official Hub-provided referral link or code.
Self-referral, fake accounts, or purchased referrals are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud.
We reserve the sole and absolute right to approve or reject any referral without explanation.
Bonus eligibility begins only after the Referred Partner becomes "Successful" (see definition above).

5. Payment Terms

Referral bonuses are paid simultaneously with your regular earnings (via the same method).
No bonuses are paid if the Referred Partner is terminated or if you are in breach.
All payments are final. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on referral income.
Minimum payout threshold applies as per main partnership terms applies to combined earnings.

6. Referring Partner Obligations

Promote the Hub ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws (no spam, false claims, or misleading marketing).
You must not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or owner of the Hub.
Immediately notify us of any suspected fraud by your referrals.

7. Confidentiality (Perpetual)

You agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all referral data, earnings of others, referral links/codes, internal commission structures, and any non-public Hub information. Breach results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all referral bonuses.

8. Anti-Fraud & Zero-Tolerance Clause

Any attempt to manipulate the referral system (fake accounts, paid referrals, bot traffic, multiple accounts, VPN misuse, false information, etc.) constitutes fraud.

Fraudulent activity will result in:

Immediate termination of your account and entire referral chain
Permanent forfeiture of 100% of all earned and future referral bonuses
Clawback of any previously paid referral commissions
Permanent ban from the Hub and reporting to relevant authorities or platforms

You are liable for fraudulent actions of your referrals and agree to repay any bonuses earned through fraudulent referrals.

9. Termination of Referral Privileges

We may suspend or terminate your referral rights at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

All future referral bonuses cease immediately.
Pending bonuses from existing Successful Referred Partners may be forfeited at our discretion.

10. No Guarantee of Earnings

Referral bonuses are performance-based and never guaranteed. We make no representations about potential referral income.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

The Hub is not liable for any losses related to referrals or bonus calculations.
You indemnify the Hub against any claims arising from your referral activities or breaches by your Referred Partners.

12. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration.

13. Entire Agreement & Amendments

This Agreement supplements the main AI Digital Nomads Hub Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We may amend this Agreement at any time with notice via email or dashboard.

By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Referral Agreement.
