Terms of Service

Effective Year: 2025

By submitting your information, clicking "GET PRIORITY ACCESS", "LOCK MY SPOT NOW", or otherwise indicating acceptance, you (the "Partner" or "you") enter into a legally binding agreement with AI Digital Nomads Hub (the "Hub", "we", "us", or "our"). This agreement governs your participation in our partnership program. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed.

1. Acceptance and Binding Commitment

By proceeding, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all operating rules.
This is a strategic, irrevocable commitment. Once initiated, withdrawal, non-cooperation, or breach of any term results in immediate termination, forfeiture of all earned/unpaid commissions, early-access privileges, and any future benefits.
You authorize the Hub to act as your official projects manager for all onboarded AI projects.

2. Eligibility

You must be a legal resident of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or equivalent jurisdiction with exclusive access to premium AI projects.
You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering binding contracts.
You confirm you have the legal right to grant access to platforms/projects restricted to your geographic location.
We reserve the sole right to reject or terminate any partner without reason or notice.

3. Nature of the Partnership

The Hub facilitates introduction to premium AI projects and subcontracts execution to vetted experts in our network.
You remain the verified contractor/client-facing contractor at all times. The Hub and its experts are invisible subcontractors.
We provide zero-cost onboarding (domain selection, credential hardening, interview handling, profiling, etc.). You pay us only after you are paid by the client – never upfront.
Earnings are performance-based and never guaranteed.

4. Partner Obligations

Provide accurate information and maintain active communication.
Grant temporary, revocable access to platforms/accounts solely for project execution.
Comply immediately with all onboarding and project instructions.
Never attempt to contact, identify, or bypass Hub experts or clients.
Referrals must be genuine; fake or low-quality referrals will result in permanent exclusion.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (CRITICAL)

BREACH = PERMANENT BAN + LEGAL ACTION

You agree to absolute, perpetual confidentiality regarding all Hub operations, tools, processes, client identities, expert identities, pay rates, project details, onboarding methods, and any non-public information.
You will not discuss, disclose, screenshot, record, or share any internal information outside official Hub channels.
Breach of confidentiality constitutes material breach and will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of all earnings, permanent exclusion, and pursuit of legal remedies including damages and injunctive relief.
You indemnify the Hub against any third-party claims arising from your breach.

6. Earnings & Payment Terms

Base rate starts at 45% of project payout (Tier 1).
Referral bonus: +2.5% on your own projects for every successful referred partner (Tier 2).
Override: 5% of each referred partner's earnings (Tier 3).
All earnings are paid only after client payment is received and cleared.
No earnings are guaranteed. Project volume, approval, and payout depend on third-party platforms/clients.
The Hub takes its share automatically; you receive the net amount.
You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings.

7. Intellectual Property & Non-Compete

All Hub tools, processes, branding, and materials remain our exclusive property.
You may not replicate, reverse-engineer, or create competing services using Hub knowledge.
You grant the Hub an irrevocable license to use your name/likeness for internal/promotional purposes (anonymized if requested).

8. Termination & Forfeiture

We may terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately.
Upon termination, all unpaid earnings are forfeited.
You may not terminate once onboarding begins without forfeiting all benefits.

9. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantee of project volume, earnings, platform approval, or results.
The Hub is not liable for platform bans, client non-payment, expert performance issues, or any indirect/consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to amounts actually paid to you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hub, its affiliates, experts, and staff from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, breach of terms, or violation of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in London under ICC rules. No class actions permitted.
You waive right to jury trial and punitive damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

13. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Digital Nomads Hub and supersede all prior discussions.

By proceeding, you confirm you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a deliberate, high-value partnership – act accordingly.
